These glasses have really helped with my migraines especially since light sensitivity is one of my main triggers and I can definitely tell the difference between these and a normal pair of blue light lenses or sunglasses. I feel like I’m still able to do things with a migraine when I wear these. I’m also glad that the tint doesn’t look super dark when I wear these...I’m super happy with my glasses and would definitely recommend trying them out if you get migraines.
